Xpan’s Credo, our Culture in Action
At Xpan, our credo is more than a value statement — it’s our culture in action. It defines who joins our team, how we work, and remains the foundation of our operating principles for every team member. It sets the tone in our collaboration with our global partners. Grounded in four key principles — We’ve Got Your Back, We Dream Big, We Keep It Real, and We Love What We Do — our CREDO sets the tone for a workplace built on support, innovation, integrity, and joy.
Each credo principle spans across 4 dimensions, starting with the individual and how we show up, especially when no one is watching. The second is within our team, guiding our playbook for every standard operating procedure and project workflow. Thirdly is within the collaborative relationship we have with the many global partners that put their trust and commitment into the work we do. And lastly, our hope is that this credo spans beyond our work and into the communities in which we work, live and play.

We’ve Got Your Back signals our commitment to one another. It’s a promise to lead with humility, empathy and respect — internally and externally.
