Are you exhausted at work? Here are 5 Tips to Increase your Productivity.
If you are exhausted or overloaded at work, this article is for you! Five practical methods for increasing work productivity:
1. Take a break: Take a short break to walk around, stretch, or take a few deep breaths. Stepping away from your work can help you clear your mind and re-energize. If you work in one of those skyscrapers and you’ve got lovely views from your office window, look through and soak in the views – just daydream. This is also a good time to call either your boyfriend or Girlfriend, have a good laugh and just fill your Amebo tank.
2. Get up from your seat, Make a move: Take a walk up and down the stairs or go outside and take a walk around the block. If you’ve got up to an hour of break time, go to lunch with a friend or a co-worker, and have social conversations while you’re at it. Try offering to pay for the meals, it will do good to your body in some ways.
3. Adjust your workspace: Make sure your workspace is comfortable and well-lit. Adjust the temperature, lighting, and noise levels to create an environment that supports your focus. Take some time to tidy your desk especially if it appears to have "too many papers and files everywhere!"
4. Take a Nap: If your work environment allows it, consider taking a short nap during your break. A 10-15 minute nap can help you feel more alert and focused. You cannot come and kill yourself, please shut down for some minutes.
5. Talk to your supervisor: If you are regularly fatigued at work, discuss the problem with your boss. They should help you check if your village people are really after you. Better still, your supervisor can change your job plans or schedule to help you manage your energy levels better.
