With the EU AI Act now in motion, and similar proposals across the U.S., Canada, and Asia, companies face a new reality: the way your AI behaves is not just a technical matter, it's a corporate responsibility.

Risk Scoring: Evaluate models based on use case sensitivity (customer-facing vs internal, critical vs low-impact).

Cross-functional AI Boards: Include legal, compliance, data science, and business owners.

Frameworks like NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 (the new AI management system standard) can help. But the real shift is cultural: moving from "what can this model do?" to "what should it do — and how do we prove it?"

Governance is no longer optional. It's part of responsible scaling.
