BAYADA Senior Living Solutions Program Manager Cherish brought the fun and fitness with a golf activity designed to help the residents at Watercrest Richmond build muscle strength and endurance. Golf isn’t just a game, it’s a great way to improve balance and coordination through controlled movements and weight shifts. These small actions help strengthen key muscles and reduce the risk of falls. There were impressive swings, big smiles, and lots of laughs. Everyone was a winner by the 18th hole!
