UK, here we come! 🚀 We had an incredible time celebrating Pliant’s UK launch at the Visa Europe HQ in London. The event brought together an amazing crowd from across the payments, fintech, and travel industries for an evening of connection, collaboration, and conversation. We heard powerful insights from Visa European Economist Hannah Heeran on the current state of the economy on a local and global scale. Pliant’s own Severin Gerstenkorn, Lukas Gottschick, and Nayan Behal captivated the room with a high-impact walkthrough of how we're rewriting the playbook for modern corporate payments. It wasn't all business, though: professional adventurers The Tempest Two took the stage with stories of wild expeditions and bold mindset shifts, reminding us that courage and creativity are crucial in both adventure and business. 🌍 Plus, guests got to test their reflexes and racing skills on a Formula 1 simulator—myself included! 🏎️ (Don't worry, I won't be pursuing my racing career quite yet 😉) Huge thanks to the Visa team for being such fantastic hosts, to all our Pliant colleagues for the hard work that went into organizing the event, and to every familiar and new face who joined us and made it unforgettable. I want to send a special thank you to Patrick W. Diemer for moderating. Your insights were as valuable as ever and you did a fantastic job leading the program. This is just the beginning: We’re excited to continue expanding in the UK and can’t wait for what’s to come. 🇬🇧 #visa #uk #london #payments #cards #creditcards

Recurring payments in Brazil just got a major upgrade... We are proud to announce the launch of Pix Automático on day one of the Central Bank of Brazil’s rollout. Built into the country’s instant payment system, Pix Automático makes it easier for consumers to pay for subscriptions, utilities, and memberships with just one consent – no more manual approvals. Here’s why this matters: -> It brings seamless recurring payments to 174 m+ Pix users. -> It connects merchants to 60 million Brazilians without credit cards. -> It reduces payment friction and subscriber churn. -> It’s available now through PPRO’s local payments platform, with plug-and-play access for PSPs and merchants. As our CEO Motie Bring puts it: “Pix Automático is set to transform how consumers in Brazil engage with subscriptions and other repeat services. Our mission is to help PSPs and merchants tap into local payment preferences with ease, and this is another key step in delivering on that promise.” Ready to access Brazil’s booming subscription economy?
