Musical Rehabilitation Instrument for Children with Disabilities
The Aquapan is an innovative project developed in collaboration with a psychologist and music therapist, aimed at aiding children with disabilities in their rehabilitation journey by stimulating their five senses and enabling self-expression through musical notes. We have successfully designed and created several prototypes of this unique instrument.
The core functionality of Aquapan involves the use of an electric sensor that allows users to play musical notes by touching the water…The Aquapan is an innovative project developed in collaboration with a psychologist and music therapist, aimed at aiding children with disabilities in their rehabilitation journey by stimulating their five senses and enabling self-expression through musical notes. We have successfully designed and created several prototypes of this unique instrument.
The core functionality of Aquapan involves the use of an electric sensor that allows users to play musical notes by touching the water contained within its petals. This interactive feature engages the senses and provides a therapeutic and enjoyable experience for the users.

This cheese mold is the result of a collaborative project with a dairy company from Bergamo, aimed at creating an innovative mold for cheese with unique shapes. Specifically, we are working on a Christmas tree-shaped cheese mold, intended to be introduced to the market at the end of this year. The goal is to offer something new and allow the company to stand out from the competition.
Prototyping this kind of object posed a significant research and development challenge. We explored the…This cheese mold is the result of a collaborative project with a dairy company from Bergamo, aimed at creating an innovative mold for cheese with unique shapes. Specifically, we are working on a Christmas tree-shaped cheese mold, intended to be introduced to the market at the end of this year. The goal is to offer something new and allow the company to stand out from the competition.
Prototyping this kind of object posed a significant research and development challenge. We explored the use of 3D printing technology to create food-safe molds, and to minimize any risk of contamination, we utilized food-grade ABS plastic. The printing settings had to be heavily modified, and the entire mold was coated with a non-toxic epoxy resin to ensure safety and quality.
This project represents a significant step forward in innovative cheese production, offering the possibility to produce cheese in distinctive, eye-catching shapes that enhance market appeal. -
