    I was responsible for managing a team of 152 contractors working on seven task orders for the Department of Defense Defense Health Agency Military Health System. One of the biggest challenges we faced was that we had no FTE on the contract from day one. My task was to hire previous incumbent contractors and provide them with GFEs to get up to speed and complete the POP in six months for the next extension. I was acting as technical task manager managing all technical parts of the contract.
