The 2020 Public Services Hub at the RSA is a research and policy development hub created from the legacy of the 2020 Public Services Trust in early 2011. It specialises in developing practice-based research on public services. As part of RSA’s Action and Research Centre (ARC), 2020PSH works collaboratively with a variety of national partners and public service providers to find solutions to future local government and public service challenges.
