Dinh has been adhering to HR career since the end of 1998, including 10 years at senior management positions. He used to be in charge of overall HR functions – comprising compensation & benefits, training & development, recruitment and employees and labor relations -, and at the same time in charge of office administration, internal communication and HR business partner for multinational companies in Vietnam. He has been served for companies in services, trading, and manufacturing of different industries. He is an experienced trainer for skills of management andleadership. One of his desire is to upgrade management level of local companies to international standard.
