Doing exactly what I hoped for when I graduated from CSUN with a finance degree: studying income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
I get to let out my creative side and develop key financial metrics and models that drive our budgets and forecasts.
And I also get tasked with sales analysis, because sometimes we have to wear more than one hat.
Although I consider myself a Data Analyst, a large part of my career has been in Market Research. I earned my way up from entry-level associate to manager and over a seven year span I managed a variety of quantitative and qualitative studies for some of the best and largest auto manufacturers (i.e. Toyota, Nissan).
