I am a graduate student at Old Dominion University pursuing my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My research focuses on utilizing Internet-enabled technology to improve workplace motivation and human resource management. My specific interest is in the application of game thinking - gamification and serious games - to the workplace in order to improve training and performance outcomes.
