-Conceived and conceptualized required career development curriculum for College of Business and Innovation students at The University of Toledo
-Develop/amend curriculum two-tiered approach to career development--first course focuses on self-assessment and major/career exploration; second, on work-integrated learning and job/internship search preparation
-Advise undergraduate and graduate students on all issues related to career/job searches
-Prepare and present topical workshops designed to prepare students for the world of work
-Instruct and assess performance of 240 students simultaneously in the classroom, while maintaining overall career advising responsibility for the College
