I am a seasoned academic librarian with nearly 15 years of experience in higher education. My experience in higher education has provided me with a deep understanding of many different aspects of libraries. The various research and assessment projects I led allowed me to analyze problems in order to present evidence-based solutions to librarians and administrators.
