I am now a full time Trainer & Assessor, teaching Retail and Management. I am a highly motivated, confident and adaptable team leader. While working in the Retail Industry it has made me responsible for the day to day running of the retail store, including managing human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance matters while maximizing profits and minimizing costs.
