I have about five years research experience on handling sophisticated analytical instruments i.e. HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS along with a good knowledge on developing/modifying microextraction techniques and examining their application on diverse sample matrices (environmental, food and biological). Through out my research work, I have learned about,(i) How the sample can be collected, preserved and prepared for their further analysis (ii) How the results can be analysed and presented (iii) What can be the trouble shootings for analytical work on experienced instruments and techniques (iv) How the report can be generated and validated as per international validation guidance.
