The Millennium Challenge Account - Senegal II (MCA-Senegal II) is established to lead Senegal Power Compact implementation. The United States Government, through MCC, and the Government of Senegal (GoS) developed this second Compact designed to strengthen the power sector, by increasing reliability and access to electricity and aims to help the GoS establish a modern and efficient foundation upon which the nation’s power system can grow.
