I guide leaders and organizations through the three domains of thought, emotion, and intuition to put in place more effective strategies for addressing poverty, injustice, illness, and despair. I combine a vast mental repository of tools and frameworks with a deep, personal commitment to achieving the client’s desired outcome. At home in all three domains, I create a safe space for more meaningful change than would otherwise be possible.
I serve as the Chairman of the Board of the World Future Society and on the board of Counterpart International, a global development nonprofit. I teach strategic planning at American University's School of International Service to rising public and nonpr.
