As the Head of Creative and Performing Arts at RSL I have complete oversight and creative control over the Performance Arts department, including the research, development, and delivery of all PAA qualifications and syllabi.
During my first year at RSL I have created and devised the 2016 Musical Theatre syllabus, 2016 Street Dance and 2016 Jazz Dance syllabi producing a world-class suite of syllabi, audio and video that has modernised the approach to assessing the Performing Arts education.
