I am currently a student at the University of Arizona, but upon completing my bachelor's degree, I intend on pursuing a MD/PhD. My PhD's focus will be on genome engineering for novel biological mechanisms. I hope to assist in bringing genetic engineering to the clinical setting, which would improve treatments for a multitude of debilitating conditions.
