I-Route develops innovative Concept Stores and Shop In Shop based on the ‘Try In Store & Buy Online’ format. Stores become showrooms, places where the customer gets to know and tests the product, living the brand and its values. THE FORMAT "Try In Store & Buy Online" The distribution model is designed so that the customer interacts with the products and the brand inside innovative, exciting and high-tech showrooms. The shopping experience is completed online either using interactive totems within the store, or afterwards on the customer’s smartphone, laptop or desktop computer. The customer can choose their preferred delivery address. The store doesn’t have a warehouse.
