I provide leadership, mentoring and support for our PhD and post-doctoral researchers and am passionate about their professional and career development. I have established strong links with both professional bodies and leading research funders (BBSRC, EPSRC, MRC, The Wellcome Trust, NIHR & EU). I develop, coordinate and deliver bespoke PhD Training and Leadership Development Programmes to support major institutional research grants.
