My responsibilities include helping provide both remote and local enterprise support including desktop, network, and VOIP for over 30,000 employees and over 50,000 systems nationwide. My daily activities include following the IT service delivery model which includes but is not limited to incident management, problem management, service request, software distribution, hardware deployment, and continuous improvement.
