Why “Bellwether” Training??? The term Bellwether refers to the sheep (a “wether”) that leads the flock, usually wearing a bell so the flock knows where to follow. The term also refers to a “person that assumes the leadership or forefront” as well as “the person that shows the existence or direction of a trend”.
