I currently the Dorm 3 Moral Officer at Mingo Job Corps and main duties are to do the following:
1. Plan Dorm Outings/Activities
2. Make the new students feel welcomed
3. Mentor students on a daily bases
4. Make sure the Moral is High
5. Maintain a Positive attitude in the dorm
