The Labour Market Reform Commission is Chaired by Dr. Marshall Hall
The Vice Chair is Commissioner Silburn Clarke, FRICS, DFJCS
The Commission will be responsible for all aspects relating to the review, evaluation, and
recommendation of the policies, plans; programmes and projects relevant to labour market
reform and the modernization of the labour market while achieving the vision of an efficient
labour market as expressed in the Labour Market & Productivity Sector Plan of Vision 2030
Jamaica. The Commission has been mandated by Cabinet to pay special attention to five (5)
