About
I’m a coach, and I work with successful people, who are currently bored or stagnating. I work with them to achieve transformational results.
Within IBM, I’ve trained professional development courses and coached people for over 7 years, and more recently independently. I noticed that successful people often plateau, they become bored, especially if they’re too busy to recognise their successes and if they often don’t have the next goal or challenge in place. Building momentum from a standing start of a plateau at altitude can be unexpectedly hard – taking new (calculated) risks when one has achieved success is harder than when has nothing to lose.
