I provide clinical and administrative leadership at an addiction treatment program. I have developed and am implementing what I consider to be an innovative model of treatment of addiction. The neurobiological underpinnings of addiction and other brain-based disorders are increasingly becoming evident. By establishing a connection between treatment interventions with the associated addiction-based impairments, treatment can be customized to meet the needs of each patient.
I enjoy providing professional presentations and have a particular interest in addiction including a review of causes, consequences, and treatments.
