Our culture, our heritage, our legacy Michael Webb is executive director of the International Youth Leadership Institute. From 2002-2014, he led technical assistance, data collection and research in support of the Early College High School Initiative, a national school reform project. Dr. Webb has spent most of his career working to improve public education. He has taught in college, high school, and adult education. He served as vice president of New Visions for Public Schools where he helped lead the effort to create small schools in New York City.
