• Hands on project management on small and large scale HRMS, US and International projects
• In-depth knowledge and implementation experience of global HR business systems for multi-national companies
• Successfully implementation of ADP HRMS (Payforce, EV3, EV4, EV5, Streamline) and integration with various Human Resource business systems
• Utilize technologies to improve efficiency and productivity while mitigating legal and compliance risks and cutting overall costs
• Excel at developing ETL processes and analytic solutions, including interfaces and database development
• Effectively liaise with HR and Payroll personnel and management at all levels
