My current working field of interest is Cancer genomics using high-throughput data, generated from Next generation sequencing platforms. I am trying to identify tumor specific large scale genome alteration changes in oral squamous carcinomas of Gingivo-buccal region of Indian origin tumors linked to tobacco chewing.
