After completing studies I founded Dataline and Research Technologies Ltd (DaRT) . This company was the first in the country to pioneer the concept of online access to financial information and was also registered as the first market data provider in the country. The company was also the first to introduce a nationwide online service viz. India Online in 1993. This service was the Indian avatar of the Internet before the same was launched in the country by VSNL. The company also partnered with Dow Jones Telerate to establish their online news and ticker delivery platform in the country.
