When I got back to Brazil I focused on academic research and produced several studies that were published in legal journals. Then I had the pleasure of joining ING Bank and experienced the Barings acquisition, the boom of privatizations and the golden era of bond trading. ING was awarded Best Foreign Bank in Brazil for 3 yrs in a row, a unique achievement in the 90's
