2.Checking of all shipping documents to make sure the appropriate HS(Harmonised System) code is used, the quantity matches with our Po etc.
3. Track all consignment to find out the actual position of the vessel/flight, the ETD, ETA to assist the clearing agent in delivering the goods promptly to our premises.
4. Update the status of each consignment to management/store for preparation towards delivery of goods.
5. Take information from all departments to prepare our quarterly report to be submitted at Ghana Free Zone Board, Customs Head Quarters, and Narcotics Control Board for records.
