I innovate creative training for people to live and work in a new culture and alleviate poverty. I have trained 10s of thousands of volunteers to head overseas and make a difference and produced the certification standard for leaders of international volunteer teams.
I am a practitioner and have lead staffing and multi-million dollar programs in difficult areas of the world, including DR Congo and Haiti.
