Diana Ayling is a Senior Lecturer at Unitec Institute of Technology, the largest polytechnic in New Zealand. She is based in Auckland and has some 25 years’ professional experience in providing tertiary education advice, including advice on programme design and on tertiary teaching, to NZ and international organisations. Prior to her current position, she has had senior roles at NorthTec, and The Public Trust. Her research specialisations include legal education, tertiary teaching practice, and work based learning.
