- A home monitoring device, with PIR intrusion detection and video alerting capability that could run in Indian conditions. It could be operated with SMS, voice calls, and a web portal. Built ground up on Blackfin 537 DSP. Learned hardware design, programming, recruited the team for enclosure design and software development. Built the complete product in 6 months with a BOM of
