Following the acquisition of Jasper by Cadence Design Systems, I've assumed a similar role on the new company.
Besides taking care of the IT infrastructure of the now-Cadence Brazilian office, I was the central point of contact for the non-financial M&A proccess, collecting, compiling and providing information for Cadence's acquisition team and making sure the transition was as swift as possible for all Jasper employees.
