Kyriakos Mitsotakis was born in Athens (1968). Obtained a bachelor degree in Social Studies (Harvard), an MA in International Relations (Stanford) and an MBA (Harvard Business School). He worked in several companies in private sector, such as Chase Investment Bank, McKinsey and Company, Alpha Ventures and National Bank of Greece. In January 2003 he was nominated by the World Economic Forum as a Global Leader of Tomorrow for his professional achievements. In April 2003 Kyriakos resigned in order to pursue a career in politics. He was elected to parliament with New Democracy in 2004, 2007, 2009 and 2012. Kyriakos speaks English, French, and German. He has three children, two girls and a boy
