Dr. Tin Htoo Naing is a Director of Center for Economy, Environment and Society (CEES Myanmar), an International Research Associate at Asia-Europe Institute, University of Malaya, Malaysia. He was a visiting lecturer at Yangon Institute of Economics, a Senior Policy advisor for the Garman Agency for International Cooperation, Myanmar, and a Research Fellow at University of Turin in Italy.
