The SuITE Research Group is led by Prof. Tasos Dagiuklas. The lab belongs to the Division of Computer Science, School of Engineering, London South Bank University. It comprises a group of highly enthusiastic researchers with strong expertise in different areas relevant to mobile networking, cloud computing and immersive media technologies. The lab is involved in a number of research projects funded by Innovate UK and European Commission. The main research activities are on the following three directions: 5G networking technologies (C-RAN, SDN, NFV, MEC, fog), Cloud Computing (virtualization, migration), Internet of Things, Immersive Media Technologies and Blockchain & Smart Contracts
