An experienced real estate consultant and land use planner, Mark Hesemann’s previous projects include the Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Indiana, and Harbor Shores Resort in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Founding and developing Sagamore, a 350-home community situated around a 400-acre Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, required Mark Hesemann to bring together a construction and marketing team comprised of Troon Golf, The Melrose Company, Landscapes Unlimited, and University Golf Development. He also formed and led the team responsible for the development of the 500-acre Harbor Shores mixed-use community after devising a project plan that won the financing of the project’s investors.
