My professional goals are to:
1] continue to create positive changes toward a new 'system';
2] to use Total Quality Management [TQM by Dr. Ed Deming] as a reference tool;
3] to be a very strong ADVOCATE for children/parents;
4] to encourage the best and the brightest people who have an interest in psychology to consider our field of school psychology;
5] and to only be directly involved with groups of people who create positive changes through a problem-solving, consensus building model that includes continual evaluation of the PROCESS and the PRODUCT.
