I earned my doctorate from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Following the doctoral degree, I worked at McGill University as a postdoctoral research fellow and then at Niti Foundation as the Director of programs. Currently, I direct Kathmandu Living Labs and am also a consultant at the World Bank.
