From 1989 until 2020, Richard Schirripa guided Madison Avenue Pharmacy, Inc., on Manhattan’s Upper East Side as CEO, owner, and president. He managed all pharmaceutical departments and went above and beyond in times of emergency, as when 9/11 first responders urgently required medications and medical supplies. Richard Schirripa served members of the Mt. Sinai Hospital community, and his operation was honored as a Health Mart Pharmacy by JD Power and Associates.
