Prior to this role, Steven was the Director of Dell's Innovation Lab where he led Dell’s strategic innovation efforts in launching digital technologies. Steven also worked for Bazaarvoice, Vignette, Novartis, and Novell where he led different digital initiatives and product efforts.
Steven is a break through innovator, has led the development of new products, created new business units, started a digital research center, executed global marketing programs, and drove strategic acquisitions.
