• Coordinating with the end user in prioritizing the construction of structures.
• Developing micro schedule for all structures, thereby ascertaining the resource requirements.
• Finalizing the resource mobilization plan.
• Preparing weekly schedules incorporating the resource mobilization plan
• Overseeing the construction activities at site, identifying the slippages in schedule, if any.
• Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards.
