My basic education is four years at "general teacher training programme” (240 credits), and I have worked as a teacher in primary and lower secondary school for 12 years before I began working with R&D at Gjøvik University College (GUC) in January 2008. In addition to my masters degree in ICT-supported learning, I have 130 credits (postgraduate level) in educational development , multimedia and ICT in learning, all obtained while working full time.
At GUC my focus has been on R&D in ICT and learning, both at departemental level and in external projects. A special interest in how adults learn; lifelong learning, both in educational institutions and in work life.
