Harun Mirza obtained a PhD from the University of Bonn and was a visiting PhD student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra under the European Doctoral Program. He holds an MSc and BSc in International Economic Studies from Maastricht University and was a visiting student at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
