PROJECT WIN l Works are well and truly underway on our biggest social and affordable housing project yet! Located in Newtown, Toowoomba, we’ll be delivering 185 social and affordable housing apartments across four towers for Mission Australia and Nic Kennedy, designed by arkLAB ARCHITECTURE. With over 1,000 social and affordable apartments currently underway across South East Queensland, we’re one of the most active builders in this space and we can’t wait to build more homes for those that need them most. A huge thanks to Treasurer David Janetzki, Mayor Geoff McDonald, Sam Betros and Mission Australia's Board for joining us to ‘turn the first sod’. 

We recently completed our 22nd project at Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd and our second project in the new Port West Estate for Bridgestone Australia Ltd.! This facility designed by Sparc* will be a game changer for Bridgestone Australia Ltd. enhancing storage, handling, and shipping processes with a 23,339sqm warehouse along with an office dock, hard stand and car park. It’s been a great ride, and we’re proud to have helped one of Australia’s most trusted tyre brands keep the wheels turning (see what we did there...).

We’re thrilled to share that our build for Nature’s Edge has been awarded Best Community Accommodation at the 2025 Master Builders Queensland Regional Awards at the Sunshine Coast! Delivered in partnership with Ingenia Communities Group, this vibrant hub for the over 50s community in Buderim was completed ahead of schedule and is packed with incredible lifestyle features - from the geothermally heated resort-style pool and spa to the gym, sauna, salon, bar, dining room and outdoor BBQ area. A huge congratulations to our team, our partners, and everyone who helped make this award-winning community hub a reality!

PROJECT WIN l We’re back on the tools for another exciting build with Porsche Centre Gold Coast. Designed by Startari, the refurbishment involves a new showroom, 7-bay workshop, wash bay, office spaces and parts storage across 1,560sqm. This marks our second project with Porsche Centre Gold Coast and Startari following the successful completion of the Porsche Service Workshop project, and we’re ready to hit the accelerator once again! 

Welcome to Boyce Gardens, Toowoomba! This project for The University of Queensland was very special for us. Not only have we completed 43 projects for UQ, but it also ties us to Leslie and Margaret Boyce, Toowoomba legends for their contributions to the Toowoomba Foundry – the inspiration behind our McNab logo. With a new visitor carpark and 250m of elevated walkways, we’re proud to have played a part in making the gardens accessible for everyone while contributing to the lasting legacy the Boyces have left behind.

Asia has entered into a strategic funding partnership with McNab and RW Capital to deliver Elements Budds Beach, a $175 million luxury residential development in the heart of the Gold Coast. It’s a strong endorsement of our vertically integrated model spanning acquisition, development, construction, building product supply and in-house trade labour, helping to reduce delivery risk and provide long-term certainty for our residents. Development Update l We’ve secured development approval for The Tannery Residences in Brisbane’s West End – a landmark project blending heritage preservation with modern, wellness-focused living. At its heart: the original 19th-century Dixon’s Tannery, reimagined as The Retreat – a communal wellness space with plunge pools, sauna, gym, and more. Residents will also enjoy rooftop amenities including a pool, landscaped gardens, sunset lawn, dog zones and dining areas – creating a true urban sanctuary above West End. We’re proud to add another award to the shelf for the Electrolux Group Distribution and Experience Centre - Best Commercial/Industrial Building ($30M - $50M) at the 2025 Master Builders Queensland Regional Awards, in addition to the Queensland Sustainability Award (Over $2M) at the Australian Institute of Building Awards! Delivered in partnership with Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd and designed by Sparc*, this 21,255sqm Distribution and Experience Centre sets a new benchmark in industrial design. Featuring a striking mass timber structure and targeting a 6 Star Green Star Rating, it’s one of the most sustainable buildings of its kind in Queensland. Huge congratulations to everyone who brought this project to life!
