Ackermans & van Haaren A successful repurposing of the library into a new and modern coworking space marked the beginning of a series of renovations for investment company Ackermans & van Haaren. Due to the company's rapid growth,Ackermans & van Haaren acquired the adjacent building and gradually connected it to the main building, floor by floor. On the ground floor, an informal lunch and training area was created, featuring an open kitchen and a view of the inner garden. A new passageway with a maritime-inspired light wall connects both buildings. In the entrance hall, a permanent exhibition was set up to showcase the company’s history, while the garden is currently undergoing a sustainable redesign using reclaimed materials and corten steel planters.
